Rabot Hotel is an adults-only, boutique resort offering views of the famous Piton Mountains in St. Lucia, brought to you by Hotel Chocolat. Situated at the Rabot Estate, close to Soufriere in the southwest of the island, the hotel features 25 private luxury lodges, a restaurant and bar, an infinity pool and a spa.
