Jade Mountain Resort in St. Lucia is perched majestically above Anse Chastanet’s 600-acre oceanfront estate, and offers a fusion of natural architecture and breathtaking views.
Created by architect-owner Nick Troubetzkoy, Jade Mountain celebrates the stunning beauty of St. Lucia while blending in with the lush Caribbean landscape.
There are individual bridges which link the private infinity pool sanctuary to the rocky stone columns. At Jade Mountain you can revel in the truly breathtaking views of the Piton Mountains during your stay, whether it’s under the stars with a refreshing drink, during a yoga class or in one of the infinity pools.
Enjoy a range of spa treatments at the boutique spa and keep up with your workout routine in the fitness centre. Regular yoga sessions are available to attend at sunrise and sunset to help you feel better.
Jade Mountain is a work of art, with its creative architecture, views of the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Piton mountains, and its very own Jade Cuisine, crafted by award winning chefs.
There is a lot to do here, including spending time on the Celestial Terrace where you can eat beneath the expansive Caribbean sky, take a cooking lesson, tour the chocolate lab, or stop by the organic farm to learn where the food comes from to further your culinary adventure.
There are 24 sanctuaries at Jade Mountain altogether each with their own privacy and stunning views.
Galaxy Sanctuary: This has the largest square footage with an expansive infinity pool so you can really take in impressive panoramic views in front of you. Situated on the south west cover of Jade Mountain.
Sun Sanctuary: The SUN infinity pool sanctuary ranges in size from 1800 to 2000 square feet. The Sun Sanctuary provides you with sweeping 270-degree views because its strategic location on the northeast and southwest corners of Jade Mountain.
Moon Sanctuary: Found at different levels throughout the Jade Mountain resort, the infinity pool size ranges from 1600 – 1950 square feet.
Star Sanctuary: With infinity pools that average 450 square feet, the STAR infinity pool sanctuaries range in size and are located at different levels throughout the Jade Mountain Resort.
Sky Whirlpool Suite (no infinity pool): Located on the lower hillside level of Jade Mountain, there are five Sky Whirlpool Suites. Although the Sky suites don’t have private pools, they do have a spacious bathtub that can accommodate two people. The Sky suites are totally private, with a fourth wall that is open to the vistas and ceilings that are 15 feet high. The Sky Whirlpool Suite offers a spacious and cosy living area.
Jade Cuisine at Jade Mountain Club: Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here, with bold flavours from a menu crafted by an award winning chef. The menu changes according to the season and you can also enjoy live entertainment on select nights such as from a classical acoustic guitarist or one of the island’s top jazz artists.
Celestial Terrace: Located above the Jade Mountain Club, this is the ideal spot for stargazing, sunset cocktails and private dining experiences.
Dine at the sister resort to Jade Mountain – Anse Chastanet: Here you will find the Treehouse Restaurant offering an all vegan menu, the Trou du Diable Beach Restaurant located at beach level for delicious lunches and evening meals and the laid back Jungle Bar and Grill on Anse Marmin’s second beach provides an additional lunch option.
Kai en Ciel Spa: Enjoy spa treatments at the spa or in the seclusion of your private sanctuary at Jade Mountain. Indulge in traditional holistic and ayurvedic treatments and services.
Yoga: Take part in yoga classes where complete beginner and more advanced yogi’s are welcome. Private classes are also available.
Guided walks: There are Resort Guides on hand to take you on guided walks, some with an additional charge attached.
Snorkelling Available via the two beaches where you can explore the pristine coral reefs.
Scuba Diving: There is a PADI 5-Star resort scuba center with a full diving program.
Non-motorised water sports: Including paddleboards, hobie cats, sunfish sailing, windsurfing and kayaking.
Emerald Farm Visit: Located 20 minutes away in the Soufriere hills, you can visit this organic farm and learn more about how the food is grown, from vegetables, nuts and spices to fruits and micro greens.
Chocolate Laboratory Visit: If you love chocolate then you will love this. There are over 2000 cocoa trees on the resort’s estates, and at the laboratory Emerald Estate Chocolate is handcrafted. Choose from truffle making classes, educational estate trips and chocolate sensory tastings.
Private Dining: If you want to dine in private, this is for you, whether you’re wanting a romantic experience on the beach and under the stars, or you’d like to eat privately in the comfort of your own room.
Birdwatching: There are large variety of tropical birds flying around all the time so be sure to look out for them.
