There are plenty of dining options available with restaurants and bars, plus if you are vegan or gluten-free, Asne Chastanet has a fully vegan restaurant meaning you can eat anything from the menu. Plus the chef is passionate about offering menus with gluten-free options too to suit more dietary requirements.
Mountain biking and hiking trails give you a sense of adventure during your stay, where you can visit historical sites and you can also visit the Emerald Estate where organic produce is grown, and used for your dining and vegan experiences.

There are 49 uniquely designed rooms and suites altogether, some located hillside and some beachside. The Kai Belte Spa offers relaxing treatments whilst the watersports centre offers complimentary snorkelling and other non-motorised watersports equipment.
Beach Front Rooms: Contemporary luxuries with classic Caribbean touches enjoy beach views and a king sized bedroom.
Ground Floor Junior Suites: King sized bedroom and separate marble bathroom, expansive bathtub and open-walled shower.
Upper Level Junior Suites: Situated on the second and third floors of two villas, this suite has a private terrace, one king sized bedroom with a spacious bathroom.
Ground Floor Deluxe Rooms
Located on the ground floor and opening up directly onto the beach, the Ground Floor Deluxe Rooms greet you with West Indian style interiors with a king sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
Upper Level Deluxe Rooms: Offering a mix of value and comfort. Within easy reach of the sun, sand, bar and restaurant. Enjoy a spacious private veranda with sweeping views of the sea. King sized bedroom.
Bluff Room: Enjoy a king sized bedroom, freestanding bathtub and large terrace with day bed, plus incredible views of the sea.
One Bedroom Bluff Suite: Indoor outdoor living, with a living area, garden patio and day bed. This suite is open-air on the garden side with a breakfast nook upstairs and dining terrace. The one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and oceanfront patio.
Grace and Morris Bay Suites: Located on the sands of the beach, luxuriously outfitted, with separate bedroom and bathroom. The living room opens out onto a sweeping veranda with lounge chairs and a private plunge pool.
Terrace Suite: Secluded location on top of the bluff with breathtaking views of the sea, a private terrace, private infinity edged pool and comfortable day bed. The perfect private getaway.
Cliff Suite: Tucked into the hillside offering an expansive living room that opens up onto a large patio with an infinity soaking pool, separate bedroom, marble bathroom and a second terrace overlooking the surf beach.
The Treehouse Restaurant – Have the option of dining in one of two open-air treehouse restaurants offering tropical-fusion cuisine with a full vegan menu on offer. The dinner menu changes daily and is served candlelit so you can enjoy a romantic dining experience.
Trou Au Diable Restaurant – Located beachside on the Anse Chastanet beach and within a more casual setting, enjoy caribbean/creole special dishes. The lunch menu offers a varied choice of light bites and casual lunches, and on Tuesday evenings you can enjoy special Caribbean dishes.
Jungle Beach Bar & Grill – Open daily, enjoy a relaxed and laid back atmosphere on the quieter Anse Mamin beach, perfect for midday indulgences.
Piti Piton Bar – enjoy afternoon tea, snacks and refreshing drinks from cocktails and beers to fine malt whiskeys and other after dinner drinks.
Two Stunning Beaches: Choose from two beaches – Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin, each bringing their own unique take on this stunning island and holiday resort, with the Anse Mamin beach being more quiet.
Kai Belte Spa: Located at beach level between the beach restaurant and scuba center, there are five treatment rooms, an open-air nail and hair salon and each spa treatment combines ancient and contemporary techniques so you can truly relax.
Private Dining Experience: Enjoy a private candlelit and romantic dining experience on the waters edge on the Anse Chastanet beach.
Helicopter Tours: Tour the island via helicopter or one of the other islands, with the resort having its own helipad. These can be arranged.
Two Beachside Boutiques: Where you can buy tshirts, mugs, bags, tiles and caps.
Yoga Classes: From beginners classes to more advanced techniques, enjoy the calming flow of the yoga classes in the dedicated gazebo, with relaxing visualisation and movement with your breath. Private classes can also be arranged.
Cooking Classes: Join the executive chef as he goes on his weekly excursion to the resort’s organic produce gardens and learn how to cook a gourmet dish and pair it with a fine wine.
Snorkelling: With coral reefs just yards away from the Anse Chastanet beach discover unique tropical marine life, with over 150 different species of fish. Snorkelling equipment is available on a complimentary basis at the scuba center.
Windsurfing and Sunfish Sailing: The Anse Chastanet watersports center is located at the north end of the Anse Chastanet beach and offers guests complimentary windsurfs and sunfish sailing boats.
Ocean Kayaking: Kayaks are available on a complimentary basis from the Anse Chastanet watersports center. Beginners training is available at and additional charge.
Bird Watching: Whether you’re going for a walk around the resort’s 600 acres of land, or you’re relaxing at the bar by the beach you are bound to spot the common birds of St Lucia, as well as the more rarer birds in the mountain rainforests.
Emerald Farm: Guests can visit the organic farm, Emerald’s located in the Soufriere hills, approximately 20 minutes away from Anse Chastanet. At Emerald Farm the farm-to-table concept is taken to a whole new level with vegetables, micro greens, herbs, nuts and salads and fruits being grown. There are also over 1000 coca trees where the cocoa beans are used in the resort’s own chocolate production.
Art Classes: Complimentary art classes are available twice a week and are held by a local St. Lucian artist. Classes are limited to 8 people and are usually held outside the Art Gallery but sometimes involve a field trip for inspiration.
Jungle Biking: Imagine 12 miles of private trails, suitable for all levels – whether you’re a novice or an experienced mountain biker. Explore the Anse Mamin plantation, the 18th century French colonial ruins of a sugar mill, an old church and lots more.
Diving: There is a diving centre on the south end of the Anse Chastanet beach – Scuba St. Lucia. This is a PADI 5 Star Operations and DAN (Divers Alert Network) Partners in Dive Safety facility. Founded in 1981, this is one of world’s top diving destinations. Suitable for all levels.
