Lelewaatu is nestled on a cliff overlooking the majestic Indian Ocean in West Sumba. It offers a unique location with stunning seafront views.

The food here reall is a gastronomic adventure. The food is inspired by the richness of Indonesian culture heritage, specifically West Sumba, and incorporate’s the  freshest local produce to bring you the traditional Sumbanese cuisine. There is a vast selection of International and local gourmet dishes, from heavy meal to light nibbles.

There are two restaurants:

Le Humba– High atop the resort sits Le Humba, a public restaurant and lounge, with amazing views to the Indian Ocean. Guests can enjoy a glass of bubbly or a specialty cocktail in the lounge or at the bar before heading to the restaurant where our Chefs offer excellent Sumbanese and Indonesian cuisine.

Bokosawu– Bokosawu embraces its natural surrounding with a casual atmosphere.  The restaurant features wooden furniture with exquisite hand-woven Sumbanese ikat fabrics giving the room an authentic feel.  You can choose from the bar’s wide range of original and delightful cocktails and virgin cocktails, range of fresh pressed juice, as well as our exotic home-made traditional Jamu herbal tonic. The restaurant offers an international menu with fresh seafood.

Maraga spa– The staff in the spa are excellent and begin your experience with a personalised consultation, including the selection of your preferred massage oil. Each treatment is personally customised, to meet your individual body needs and goals. The therapist’s magical touch help relief for overexerted muscles and release blocked energy.
