Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge

Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge is a premier boutique lodge, inland on the south west of the island, surrounded by Black River Gorges National Park. This enchanting retreat has a serene, intimate and homely feel to it. Expect a high service level but the feel of staying in a friendly guesthouse.

The various rooms and suites blend into the natural surroundings. There are lush gardens to walk around and glorious mountain and ocean views to be seen. There is a focus on sustainability and connecting with nature here.

There are 24 units.

Kaz Standard – Accommodates up to 2 people. Approx 50m2. Includes terrace and open air shower.

Suites – Accommodates up to 3 people. Approx 80m2. Includes a separate room and living room, a terrace and an open air shower and bath tub.

Mountain & Garden Pool Suites – Accommodates up to 3 people. Approx 90m2. Includes open air shower, private pool and view of the mountains and the garden.

Seaview Pool Suites – Accommodates up to 3 people. Approx 105 m2. Includes open air shower and private pool.

Exclusive Sea View Pool Suite Piton Canot– Accommodates up to 3 people. Approx 110 m2. Overlooks the mountains and the garden. Includes open air shower, private pool and sea view kiosk.

Private Villas– Accommodates up to 3 people. Approx 135 m2. Includes open air shower and private pool.

Please note that all rooms include a ceiling fan. For any guests who wish to use air-conditioning, a small eco fee will be charged.

All rooms include bathrobes, slippers, citronella cream, mosquito nets, sponges, pool towels, pillow menu, mini bar, hairdryer, telephone, tea, and coffee making facilities, safe and free WIFI (Bar & Rooms/Suites).

Breakfast and Dinner (excluding drinks) are included. A la carte dinner also available (with supplement).

Breakfast – Full America Breakfast is served.

Lunch – There is a choice ‘a la Carte’ and they also recommend that guests discover the restaurants in the village of Chamarel.

Dinner – Includes a choice of menu with 2 starters, 2 main courses and a dessert. There is also a vegetarian menu. Supplement for ‘à la Carte’.

Buffets are offered sometimes too.
