Stone House

Located on lush verdant land, this hotel transports guests back in time to when life was slower paced. Built around the 1940′s, this colonial mansion was in the olden days referred to as ‘Gal Bangalawa’, which aptly translates to a house built of stone.  The Stone House has a quiet and a completely private location and yet it is only a five minute drive away from Kandy city centre and its attractions such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic.

With just three rooms and two suites, each one individually designed, staying here is a very personalised experience. The stylish rooms feature artwork by a number of renowned local artists and are equipped with all modern amenities.
