Astove Atol

Astove Atol

An unexplored, remote Island which has been uninhabited since 1969, which used to be a Coconut plantation, now offers a remote rural experience for those wanting to go exploring and to get out into nature.  With just six rooms in the lodge it offers a private, unique experience. To get here take a three hour flight from Mahe or an hours boat ride from Alphonse Island.

Expect to emerse yourself into nature here. With just six single occupancy air-conditioned en-suite rooms surrounding a central courtyard, supplied on a full board basis, this is the perfect destination for flyfishing and diving. For divers there is a 0 à 50 metre drop, known as the “Astove Wall of The Indian Ocean”.
