The stand alone island of Alphonse is accessible with via a one hour flight from Mahe. Alphonse has a big focus on conservation and sustainability, running everything off solar power. Alphonse is one of the most remote parts of Seychelles allowing you to have a different experience to what you would have at some of the more tourist hot spots.
From walking among the Mangroves or seeing some sea turtles there is loads to do on Alphonse.
There are 3 different room options on Alphonse all being different in their own ways.
1 bed beach villas with plunge pools (5) – Modern with impactful décor and a wild garden around it.
Rustic beach Bungalows (22) – With a good distance between them these bungalows sleep 2 adults and 1 child.
4 bedroom beach retreat villas (2) – Each villa offers 4 double bedroom each having their own en-suite. Tese villas also include a pool in each.
Offering a fusion of international and creole flavours as well as only serving deep sea fish that they have sourced. Alphonse has to one restaurant and a bar, which are:
- Bijoutier Restaurant
- Le lys bar – There is evening entertainment where they celebrate how the day has gone and if anyone has any special acheivments from their activities that day.
Once a week there is also offer the chance for you to have lunch on the flat (beach/sea) which includes a complimentary alcoholic drink.
