Hideout Bali
Hideout Bali is tucked away in Selat, Karangasem, on the slopes of Mount Agung in East Bali—a remote, serene sanctuary far from the usual hustle of tourist hubs. It’s designed for travellers craving solitude, nature, and a rustic escape.
Architecture & Accommodations
This family-run hideaway (founded in 2015) comprises multiple distinctly designed bamboo homes built by local artisans using sustainable materials. Each retreat—from the original triangular-windowed “Hideout Bali” to Beehive, Falcon, Horizon, Tantra, Cocoon, Flow, Reflection, Element, Zen, Lightroom, and Hay House—offers its own signature experience and ambiance.
In-Villa Features
Fully equipped kitchenette, king-size bed, bathroom, and outdoor shower.
Intentionally open and naturally ventilated—no air conditioning, but cooler airflow through bamboo design.
Cosy touches like hammocks, speakers with Balinese music gear, books, art supplies, games, and worked-in scooters for exploring the surrounding area.
In-House Dining
Hideout Bistro offers meals directly delivered to your villa (no walk-in dining). Breakfast is included, while lunch and dinner (including local dishes like Ayam Betutu) can be ordered from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Refuel in privacy.
