Pench Tree Lodge is a unique experience, set in one of the unexplored areas of the Pench National Park. We loved our stay here, the Treehouses and Villas are architecturally stunning, staff are warm and friendly, there is a gorgeous pool for cooling off and food is exceptional.
Located in the picturesque village of Sarahiri, the lodge offers its guests close proximity to the Karmajhiri gate of Pench National Park. Visits to the local villages and cycling tours are also organised - we found these particularity interesting. At the resort, guests have access to 16 hectares of private forest, to explore and observe wildlife at close quarters. Bird watchers will be particularly well catered for here.
This luxurious abode in the jungle includes 6 spacious Cottages and 6 Treehouses perched on top of the Mahua trees that are supported by stilts. Large French windows allow for an uninterrupted view of the deciduous forest and grassland and let you observe the multitude of birds, butterflies and the wild animals at the lodge. Guests have so far seen wild boars, civets, jungle cats, jackals and spotted deer as they sat sipping their morning tea or evening sundowner on their private deck. The Cottages are extremely spacious and have a King size bed plus Queen size bed on a mezzanine, making them ideal for families.
